7th Annual Global Business Conference 2016 in Zagreb (Croatia) primarily aims at understanding the key issues for growth in shrinking markets. This conference is intended for academics and practitioners to meet and exchange ideas on this very important issue. All papers from major business and economics fields (marketing, management, finance, accounting, and economics), theoretical or empirical, are highly encouraged. You are invited to attend the conference, even if you choose not to present a paper.Deadline for manuscript submissions is June 15th, 2016.
Selected papers from each track will be offered an opportunity to be published in our partner journals. For 7th Annual GBC 2016 partner journals are:

We are pleased to announce GBC Pre-conference Workshop which will be held by world’s leading authority on data analysis – prof. Joe Hair. Professor Joe Hair will present Structural Equation Modeling method using Partial Least Squares approach. This approach successfully deals with numerous limitations of using AMOS or Lisrel for Structural Equation Modeling. It enables doing SEM with very limited sample sizes and non-normal distributions.
7th Annual GBC 2016 will be held in Zagreb (capital and the largest city of the Republic of Croatia). Last day of the conference we will visit Plitvice Lakes National Park which are on UNESCO World Heritage list. We will do our best to make your stay at the conference as pleasant as possible so you can focus on your work and experience the wonders of Zagreb.
